Whenever Tiger Envelopes can find email accounts in a mail client that it knows and there are no encryption keys for those accounts, the installer copies Tiger Envelopes to your computer, and then:
adds all the email accounts it found to Tiger Envelopes creates an encryption key for each email account configures your mail client creates menu items to start the control panel configures your computer to start Envelopes whenever it boots starts Tiger Envelopes configures the build.xml files so you can build from source When you use the standard installation, you should be ready to exchange private email when the installer finishes.
