Do I need to download the source only file to get the source code?

No. All the source code is included in every installer and distribution file of Tiger Envelopes.

The installers also include binary files so you don't need to compile the source to run Tiger Envelopes. If you want to do so, then use ant and the included build.xml. Be sure you have all the development tools that we use to build from source before you begin.
