Why doesn't a new key I received appear in the control panel?

If you receive a new key via an email message when Tiger's control panel is running, then you must refresh the list of keys to see the new key. If the control panel isn't running, then the new key automatically appears in the list of keys the next time you start it.

  1. Click the Keys tab.
  2. Click the Reload button.
  3. Verify the key.
