What and where are the encryption software folders?

The encryption software folders are a list of folders where Tiger looks to find popular encryption programs, such as GPG or PGP. These folders are usually part of your computer's path.

You can see a list of Tiger's encryption software folders...

Start the Tiger Envelopes control panel.

Click the Advanced tab.

Click the Encryption sub-tab.

You can change the list of folders by changing your computer's system path. Tiger doesn't allow you to add/change folders directly because it is a security risk. Ideally, you have configured your system so the system's path can only be modified by an authorized administrator.
