A path on a computer is a list of folder names that the system uses to look for files. The system path is a list of folder names defined by your computer.
Originally, Tiger Envelopes added its own folders to the system path and this was called the Tiger Envelopes path. For security reasons, Tiger now simply uses your computer's system path. Sometimes, Tiger might not include all of the folders in the system path.
You can check the location of the Tiger Envelopes path if you think that Tiger should be finding an encryption program and it's not.
