There are several reasons that can prevent Tiger Envelopes from decrypting your mail.
- You didn't configure Tiger to protect the email address that matches the address the sender used to encrypt.
- Someone sent you a message encrypted for someone else. The sender must encrypt the message with your public key.
- The sender has an old public key for you. Verify your key with the sender. If the keys don't match, update the key. Be sure to verify the new key.
- Your passphrase has changed. Whenever you change your passphrase, you must enter the new passphrase into Tiger's control panel.
