Why aren't all my accounts in the drop down list?

The list only includes accounts from your mail client that haven't already been configured for Tiger Envelopes. In other words, any account in your mail client that has the mail server names set to localhost, or to your machine's IP address (e.g., 127.0.0.1), and have the port number set to 9025, 9110, or 9143 are already configured for Tiger Envelopes. These accounts will no longer be included in the drop down list of new accounts to add to Tiger Envelopes.

Additionally, the list won't include accounts that use protocols that Tiger Envelopes doesn't support. Tiger Envelopes supports accounts that use POP3, SMTP, and IMAP. So if your account uses another protocol, then it won't be included in the list.

If you're using KMail, there are other reasons why an account may not appear in the drop down list.
