Many email clients prompts for the password by showing you the user name and mail server name. If this account was configured for Tiger Envelopes, then the mail server name will be either 127.0.0.1 or localhost. The user name is usually the email address for the account, but it could be a combination of the original user name followed by @@ and the email address.
If the user name is the same as the account's email address, then simply enter the password that matches that address.
If the user name contains @@, then enter the password that matches the portion on the left side of the @@. For example, if the your email client shows you the user name, MyLogin@@MyName@MyDomain.com, then enter the matching password for MyLogin.
