If you sent a message that needed to be protected before it was delivered, then it's possible an error occurred during processing. Exchange mail again so any error messages Tiger Envelopes created get delivered to your in-box.
Of course, all messages sent on the internet aren't always delivered. If there aren't any error messages from Tiger in your in-box, then follow the same procedures you do when an ordinary message doesn't get delivered. For example, verify the email address is correct, make sure the recipient's mail servers aren't having trouble, etc.
