Tiger Envelopes uses non-standard ports so it won't conflict with any other program. You must configure your system so these ports (9110, 9143, and 9025) may be used. For security reasons, your system may have restricted access to non-standard ports.

Also, you should verify that Tiger Envelopes is running by starting the control panel, clicking the Status tab.
