Illegal Key Size error

"Illegal Key Size" means you're using Sun's crippled Java Crypto Engine instead of the free (both gratis and libre) GNU Crypto that comes with Envelopes. If for some reason you have to use Sun's crypto, you need to download their "Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files" and follow the instructions inside the zip file.
