The error message appears when you have configured your mail client to use Tiger Envelopes, but the configuration isn't correct.
- Start the Tiger Envelopes control panel.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Select the email address.
- Click the Change button.
- Add a check mark to the Incoming and Outgoing servers Advanced boxes.
- Verify the settings are correct; adjust them if they aren't.
- When everything is set up properly, move to the Advanced tab.
- Click the Options sub-tab and click the Stop button at the bottom of the window.
- Move to the Status tab and click the Start button.
- If you continue to get the error, then
- Start your mail client.
- Check the login. Review the pages on login with email address and login with @@ signs before making any changes.
- Make sure the password is correct.
