Tiger Envelopes creates extensive logs to help the developers see what happened behind the scenes. The logs can contain private information. The Tiger control panel removes all the data that it can identify as private. We believe that your passwords, login ids, mail server names, etc. are anonymized through the above process. There may be additional private data. You may want to review the logs in the zip file before you send it to us.
The Tiger control panel prepares the report, including the anonymized logs, in a zip file in the data folder. After you review the report, the control panel can send it to Tiger Privacy. If you included an email address, then you'll receive a personal response. Otherwise, look in the Tiger Forum for a response.
If the control panel is unable to upload the report, please go to Tiger's site and send it.If you run into difficulties while installing Tiger or you can't start the Tiger Control Panel, then you should remove all private data from the logs, zip them into a single file, and email the file to support/at/tigerprivacy.com. The logs are in the logs folder of the Envelopes data folder
