Can't connect to 127.0.0.1 server


Tiger Privacy 

Tiger Envelopes must be running whenever your mail client sends or receives mail for one of the accounts you configured for Tiger Envelopes.

Start the Tiger Envelopes Control Panel and then click the Start button.

If you still get the error, make sure that your mail server is available. And, if you connect to your mail server through a tunnel or proxy server, then make sure those services are up and running, too.
